We ship worldwide via DHL & FedEx.
Orders over $100 are shipped for free, customs fee & duties / taxes included.

DHL & FedEx delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days depending on the recipient’s location. Kindly note that the tracking number becomes available 2 days after the product has been shipped out, so it might happen that your product status is “fulfilled” but the tracking number is not yet updated.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal Express.

Products that have been paid will be shipped the same day from Hongkong or 1 more day from South Korea. (Depends on stock location.) However, since there are many orders recently, it may take 1~3 more days to ship the product depending on the situation.
Kindly note that the tracking number becomes available 2 days after the product has been shipped out, so it might happen that your product status is “fulfilled” but the tracking number is not yet updated.

Yes. When your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number by email and by text message. You can then start tracking the status of your delivery.

In the case of replacement / size exchange due to simple remorse,
Please return the purchased product and purchase a new one.

Instructions for exchange and return

In the following cases, the exchange / return may be rejected despite the period of exchange / return according to the [E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act].

- If the product label has been removed, separated, or damaged;
- If the items have already been laundered and/or worn; even if these items are damaged, they can no longer be returned;
- If the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time;
- If the item is a customized item;
- If the item was purchased on sale;
- If no replacement or return request/notification has been made accordingly;
- If there’s no stock available for exchange; only a refund can be processed;
- If the packaging of the item is damaged;
- If there’s no sanitary tape, in case of swimwear.

If, despite being ineligible for a return, the customer sends an item back, the product will be sent back to the customer, and they shall cover the return cost.

QUA VINO offers Worldwide Free returns
To ensure your return is covered by our free returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country and address to which they were delivered.
Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. 

Return period
- Within 7 days from the receipt date 
- Product defects, miscellaneous goods: Within 3 months from the date of receipt, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the fact (shipping: free of charge)


Return process
1. Please request return by Email Us (info@quavino.com) to book your free collection. and get your return label. 
2. Please repack the product exactly as it was received.
3. Please print & secure the returns label to the outside of the package.
4. After the goods receipt is completed, we will refund the money within 3 ~ 5 days after inspection.
